For the past 40 years, my family and I have traveled multiple times a year — to the beach, the mountains, to small cities, to large cities, and to national parks. Over the years, we've rented homes through property management companies, Airbnb, VRBO, and directly from owners advertising online. No matter where we stay, the same questions almost always come up:
What's the Wi-Fi password? When is trash day? How does the electronic lock work? How do you use the TV remotes? What are the check-out procedures?
We start looking for the “house guide” or binder, if the property even has one. The pages are often outdated, missing, or the information you need simply isn't there. So, we end up calling the owner or property manager. Sometimes no one answers, or they call us back hours later. We are now fortunate enough to own a rental property at the beach and are on the other side of those calls!

Our system generates a unique QR code for each property that can be printed and displayed inside the property. Guests scan the code with their phone and instantly find the information they need. Owners can update the guide anytime, from anywhere. The QR code never changes, but the information updates instantly — eliminating the need to reprint guest books every time something changes. The guide can be as detailed as you like, pick your own categories, create a custom category, and add photos to any section to help explain how something works.
